Owen's first slumber party

Owen had his first slumber party at Nana's with his cousin, Jasiah.

They decorated a tree...

Watched Christmas movies (when they weren't running around)

Had hot chocolate with peppermint marshmallows! Other than getting up at 4:30 a.m., Owen had so much fun! :)

LCB-6 weeks

This jolly little elf is 6 weeks old today! She is just the sweetest! Here are some things she is up to these days... *Has outgrown her newborn clothes *Likes taking a bath *Still gets up around every 3 hours at night and around 3 or 4, she likes to stay up for a looonnnggg time:) *Smiles and coos *Her brother holds her hand whenever he's around *Is pretty content (except during the middle of the night!;))

I spy Lily Caroline...can you find her among the heaps of stuffed animals, blankets, and pillows?

O loves to hold her hand-like all the time!

My friend Audrey was sweet to offer to take some pictures for us. Even though both kiddos were grumpy, Audrey did an awesome job!

LCB- One Month

Lily Caroline is 1 month old today! Weighs: *Will find out tomorrow at appt. but she is pretty heavy, I'm estimating around 9 lbs. **she is 9 1/2 lbs! Eats: She doesn't miss a meal-the little rolls on her legs are proof of that:) Sleeps: She is a good sleeper-she has slept 5 hours one night...we're getting there! :)To get her to sleep, she likes to snuggle close! She has "smiled" a few times and laughs in her sleep. She has also cooed a little bit. Lily has been such a joy to our family. She is a very sweet and content baby!

So excited to pick out a tree...

We were lucky to have Grandma and Grandpa Burns visit with us for a few days.

Christmas came early for Lily, Grandma made this beautiful quilt. I love this-it's so cheery!:)

Turkey Day '12

We began celebrating with Owen's preschool program. He had been giving us sneak peeks of one of the songs, "Hello Mr. Turkey" for a few weeks...Loved seeing my boy up "sing" with his class.
