Bows, biscuits and pearls

Things weren't looking so good when we started the weekend by doing a 3 day juice cleanse...

But the sun came out and we enjoyed an adventurous weekend...the boys went to the Nashville Predators game so me and this little sunshine headed to the zoo

She has been asking to ride the carousel since the last time we visited...happy to grant her wish this time 

And no girls day is complete without a little window shopping 

And maybe a cupcake...

While we enjoyed our girls day, we were happy to reunite with our fellas for our first meal since the juice cleanse at a favorite, Bar Taco

Sunday was just a gift of a day...some friends joined us for church and then we headed to Pucketts for lunch...Leiper's Fork is so dreamy 

Nothing says a southern Sunday like bows, biscuits and pearls 

We sure love these kind of weekends but makes reality on Mondays a little harder

Chris Stapleton Concert

Fun night out with friends to see Chris Stapleton, probably the best concert we've ever been to!

They have been studying about presidents and he been so interested. We need to take him to Washington, DC soon! 

Week in Review

Target runs with these two is always more expensive! Two books, two icees and a few of their favorite snacks but they are cute shopping companions.

This little book worm has been loving reading Junie B. Jones books this week! Love seeing him his interest in reading and learning! 

We hosted our buddies over for a make your own pizza night!

Thanks to everyone who helped Owen raise money for the American Heart Association. He was so excited and had so much fun jump roping!

Valentine Weekend

Little Miss Party queen had a little Valentine party on Saturday at Sweet Cece's. Her friends had fun eating ice cream, breaking into their Valentine candy, decorating little hearts and running around. I couldn't get over her in her pink tutu and her cowboy boots! F

Saturday evening Seth and I hit the town! We won tickets to Homestead Manor's Valentine dance. The event was in a beautiful barn, they had a band, appetizers, a dessert bar and our favorite...a photo booth! 

We loved starting Valentine's Day at church. The church we were visiting had cupcakes for everyone!

Weekend in Review

What a fun and busy weekend! It started out with craft night, we made these burlap heart wreaths! 

Love how mine turned out. Need to add a few ribbons to it! 

Friday afternoon, we skipped over to 12th South and grabbed lunch as BarTaco! 

So fresh and yummy! My mango orange soda was like a taste of summer. 

Saturday morning we went to the Franklin Theater to see "The Good Dinosaur" movie. Very cute movie! 

Saturday night, we went to a friend's "Thrift Shop" birthday party where everyone had to find their attire at a thrift shop! It was so fun seeing everyone's outfits!
