You've Got A Friend

One of friends had a little surgery, when she heard the news, she said I have to make her a card. At the time we were on vacation, but as soon as we pulled back into the neighborhood, she said "Oh, I can't forget to take her a card". We decided to get some pretty, pink flowers to go with the card. 

She has such a kind, little heart! I pray she will always love others the way she does now...bathing suit, bare feet and all! 

Favorite Things Party

Some friends from the neighborhood hosted their 2nd Annual Favorite Things Party! It was cute as always. I took some Draper James insulated cups as my gift and made a Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake to share!

There's nothing like spending time with your family at the beach. Of course, it's still hard work but at least you have a beautiful view! 

We went to one of our favorite island towns, Anna Maria Island for a fun week!

We ventured over to the ClearWater Marine Center to see Winter, the dolphin from the Dolphin Tale movie! It was a highlight for the kids!

Moon Pie Festival

Years ago, I read about the Moon Pie Festival in Southern Living. We finally decided to go this year! About an hour or so from our house, the drive wasn't too bad.

The festival is located in the cute little of Bell Buckle

We strolled down Main Street browsing their antique shops

And stumbled upon the cutest little tea room! Can't wait to go back and try this! 

Of course we had to try out the Moon Pies and RC Colas!
