We made a last minute decision to head to Dillard House in Georgia for the 4th of July. Even though we got rained on a little bit, we enjoyed a beach band, bbq buffet, and a petting zoo. Later that evening, Owen loved getting in the pool and watching fireworks! We let him stay up
way past his bedtime!
We went to the Dillard House for our first anniversary and Seth met this long-horn steer then. They are buddies! :)
Owen wasn't sure about the animals at first but warmed up quickly!
We headed down the road to Cashiers the next day to meet up with our friends, the Tomlisons, for a night at their family's mountain house. We had such a relaxing time letting the kids play, eating a yummy 5th of July dinner and playing a new game. Owen tried to steal a kiss from Mallie!
