Bake Sale

Owen's preschool is having a carnival and bake sale this weekend! I enlisted my favorite little baker and we baked up a storm!

We made pink lemonade whoopie pies and chocolate chipwiches!

Of course we sampled a "few"!

You should try these over the weekend, you wont regret it!

Chocolate Chipwiches

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup veggie oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350'

Combine cake mix, veggie oil, eggs and water. Add chocolate chips.

Bake for 9-10 minutes.

Let cool completely.

Fill two cookies with frosting.

**For the pink lemonade, substitute
pink lemonade cake mix and frosting. Omit chocolate chips. And follow the rest of the recipe! :)
